Hadad Services & Restoration does general building / property maintenance and repairs for
the real-estate industry, small businesses, government agencies, schools, hospitals and
private home owners.
We are fully insured with Comp and Liability Insurance. All work is done by trained
professionals. Plumbing and Electrical Work is done by Registered Plumbers and Registered
Electricians.
All work is guaranteed. Prices are per hour / per man. Painting prices are for (1) coat only
unless otherwise written. Quotes are for 30 days. Prices for building materials are always
changing. The only repairs not handled by Hadad is H/VAC major electrical & roofing. We are
a full service, cleaning and maintenance company.
